We offer half-day or full-day workshops that focus on relationship issues within an organizational setting. Such issues include boundaries, communication, cooperation versus competition, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Other areas addressed often include teamwork, setting goals, and personal versus professional issues. Specific workshops can be designed for your company or group to experience effective corporate trainings, team-building workshops and staff retreats.

Shara Wiesenauer is a fully licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and is EAGALA certified as a therapist and horse specialist. Shara has many years of counseling in residential, and outpatient services. She has worked with at-risk youth in the community for the past several years and will continue to do this at Opening Gates. Shara has more than 30 years of experience with horses.

Carole Wilson is Opening Gates primary Horse Specialist. She has 50-plus years of horse experience and is certified by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.
